CrossFit Fit Kids Workout

Fun is the focus in our kids classes. We’ve created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.

We can help your kids learn the healthy habits they’ll use throughout their lives with a fun functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit is the perfect program to help improve sports performance & for some kids, CrossFit IS their sport!

This course is geared towards our 7-12yr old athletes.  We focus on developing motor skills and coordination in a fun and interactive environment. We challenge our Fit Kids by getting them to practice good form and count their repetitions at the same time. We believe that pairing cognitive skills and physical skills greatly benefits a child’s (and adults) overall development. CrossFit incorporates strength and conditioning to make our kids better athletes overall. In addition, by learning a wide variety of movements such as jumping, pushing, climbing, squatting, etc., children are less likely to develop obesity and sedentary pursuits. The Fit Kids Program is a very positive environment where kids develop a sense of support and encouragement for one another.

Fit Kids Program

Fit Kids Ages 7 – 11

  • This course is geared towards our 7-11yr old athletes. We focus on developing motor skills and coordination in a fun and interactive environment.
  • Duration: Every Tuesday from Jan 15th to Feb 19th 2019
  • Time: 3:00pm to 3:45pm
Fit Kids Ages 12 – 15

  • CrossFit for Kids (6 Week Program)
  • This course is geared towards our 12-15yr old athletes. We focus on developing motor skills and coordination in a fun and interactive environment.
  • Duration: Every Wednesday from Jan 16th to Feb 20th 2019
  • Time: 3:00pm to 3:45pm
